Our Good Will Returns Policy
If you simply change your mind and no longer want the product that you have ordered we will happily offer you an exchange or refund. Goods must be returned to us unused and in their original condition within 10 days of the date of purchase and return courier costs are paid by the purchaser in this instance.This returns policy does not apply to products that have been used or damaged by the purchaser. Please also note that this policy does not apply to sale or discounted products.
General Returns Policy
All products are thoroughly inspected by us before dispatch but if they are damaged in transit please immediately notify us on receipt of the goods and we will send a replacment to you or give you a refund. The damaged goods must be returned to us in their original packaging before we can send a replacement or give you a refund. We will pay the return courier costs in this instance.
For faulty or defective products please contact us immediately and return the goods to us at our expense. Once we have received the goods and assessed the issue we will contact you to discuss a replacement or refund.
We do not share any information you give to us with any other company or third party apart from the courier companies we use to deliver your order to you. We do not see your payment details during the payment process. Your credit card details are protected at all times.
Within New Zealand all orders over NZ$100 are shipped to you free of charge. Orders under NZ$100 carry an $8.00 shipping charge.
