Fine Food 2016, New Zealand's premier trade food event, at the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland, marked the launch of the Manetti brand here. Manetti's Gold Chef range of flavoured edible gold - a world first - was entered into the Innovation Awards and while we didn't win we gained a lot of additional exposure for this exciting new concept. We were delighted with the response to Manetti's beautiful products - thanks to all the chefs, bloggers, cake makers, caterers, chocolatiers and food enthusiasts who visited us.
